Concrete Finishers - Finishers are only required to finish the concrete and are responsible for the final appearance of the floor. All finishing trowels are delivered to site prior to placement. A typical floor finished with ride ons would also require finishers to hand trowel all edges and around all columns to ensure top quality finishing at all times.

A typical day would be between 9-12 hours with overtime paid after 8 hours each day. We form finishing teams upon assessment of each finishers abilities and communication amongst other workers to ensure each employee is paired with a compatible person. All finishers must have their own car for transportation to and from the job site.
