The Somero 240 Laser Screed is the most advanced piece of concrete equipment in regards to leveling slab on grade floors which require a very high level of flatness. With laser screeds we can now not only provide the industry with super flat floors, we can also pour large pour areas such as 70,000 sq.ft. in a day with excellent results. With such large pours the cost savings are realizes in less forming, minimized site and trade coordination, but most importantly with less construction joints the possibilities of slab curl are greatly reduced. Also with only requiring one day to pour a large slab the window of opportunity with the weather can assist in your schedule. We also have the ability to screed various sloped slabs requiring two slops. With the dual sloping laser we are able to provide high quality dolly pad and other areas placed quickly with great accuracy. We also have experience with laser screeding sloping slabs such as truck dolly pads, airport hangers, runways, and freezer slabs on Styrofoam insulation
