Dynamic
Concrete provides placing and finishing services for commercial and
industrial types of construction. We employ top quality cement
masons who take pride in their workmanship. Our crew formans are
trained professionals who get the job done right the first time. We
utilize equipment which has the latest in technology and development
to ensure top performance when pouring concrete. We also do large
slab on grade pours (up to 75,000 square feet per pour) using our
Somero 240 Laser Screed and large ride on (10 foot wide) power
trowels. Dynamic Concrete is the leader in high quality concrete
placing and finishing constantly out performing the industry in
quality and service.
We have vast knowledge and
experience in the following areas of concrete placing:
Super Flat Floors:
Our super flat crew utilizes the newest Digital Quartz Somero 240
laser screeds and our Whiteman ride on trowels with pan floats along
with the latest placing super flat tools such as channel floats and
hiway screeds to achieve the highest in FF and FL ratings possible.
Dynamic Concrete Pumping pours in excess of 3 million square feet
per year of super flat floors and our numbers are growing each
month.
Hardener Applications:
Dry shake, using a shaker box or by hand broadcasting we evenly
distribute hardener over top of fresh concrete to obtain the most
penetration possible. We have completed many floors in excess of
200,000 square feet with hardener.
Exterior Placing:
We also do small exterior work where attention to detail and the
cosmetic appearance of the finished concrete is very important to
our customers
Footings, Walls, Columns:
Our placers are professionals who pour walls with care so as to
produce the desired product time and time again.
Soffcutting Concrete
Slabs We have a cutting crew that performs Soffcutting of
the slab on grade. Soffcutting is done immediately upon completion
of finishing to assist in the prevention of shrinkage cracking. We
operate 3 different sizes of machines for different applications.
